Advanced Analytics Consultant:
As an Advanced Analytics Consultant, you will be part of the company’s Advanced Analytics team, which provides analytics solutions to various clients using various data science techniques and tools.
Primary responsibilities
- Conceptualize analytics models/frameworks that provide significant business insights into client business problems
- Develop innovative analytics solutions (modeling/non-modeling) to address client business problems
- Present and explain analysis outcomes with PowerPoint decks and visualization tools like Tableau/Qlikview
- Proactively come up with ideas on value adds
- Supporting presales team on RFI/RFP
- Might have to manage a small team comprising of analysts, modelers, and programmers
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Minimum 9-years experience in modeling, statistical analysis, and data-driven insights
- Statistical Techniques: logistic regression, clustering, CHAID, Random forests, SVM, Naive Bayes classifier, neural network
- Statistical tools: R, Python, SAS
- Query Languages: SQL, Hive, Pig
- Excel, including pivots and advanced functions
- Master’s Degree in a quantitative discipline like Statistics / Economics / Operations Research/ Mathematics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in dealing with clients and stakeholders
