One of our clients is currently hiring SAP SuccessFactors Consultants with implementation experience with certifications in SuccessFactors Talent Management Modules: Succession and Development, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, Compensation or LMS.
- SAP HCM functional or technical knowledge
- 5+ years of experience in total, preferably SAP HCM
- Experience doing live implementations and SuccessFactors module configuration
- Experience running live workshops with clients doing product demos and filling workbooks
- 1-2 SuccessFactors certifications
- 1+ year experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors will also consider candidates who have a certification but may be lacking implementation experience
- Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Bachelor’s degree
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
- Adapts existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions
- Understands and executes on the strategic direction set by management as it relates to team goals
- Uses the best judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems
- Interacts with varying levels within the client organization
- Constructs the to-be process design using best practice guidelines
- Maps the to-be processes to SuccessFactors design workbooks
- Configure SuccessFactors to meet requirements
- Produce Functional, Integration and UAT scenarios
- Assist with cutover planning
- Provide post-go-live support
